“Dr. Dima Jamali is an accomplished Dean with over 20 years of experience in higher education, renowned globally for her contributions to sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and social entrepreneurship (SE). Recognized as one of the top 2% scientists and researchers worldwide by Stanford University, she has earned prestigious accolades throughout her career.
Dr. Jamali is the recipient of the 2016 National Council for Scientific Research Excellence Award and the 2015 Aspen Institute Faculty Pioneer Award, celebrated by the Financial Times as the “Oscars of the Business School World”. She has also been honored with the Shield of Excellence for the Arab Region and named Personality of the Year for CSR by the Arab Organization for Social Responsibility.
Her research focuses on Sustainability, CSR, and SE, making significant impacts through seven books and over 100 international publications. Notable works include CSR in the Middle East (Palgrave, 2012), Social Entrepreneurship in the Middle East (Palgrave, 2015), and Handbook of Responsible Management (Edward Elgar, 2019), among others.

“Ms. Ghina AlBadawi : With over 23 years of experience in education, she is a dedicated leader, educator, and consultant committed to enhancing educational quality and driving positive change. As the Director General of Education at the Makassed Association, a nonprofit organization in Lebanon, she oversees strategic planning, policy development, and stakeholder engagement for 17 schools, a training center, a publishing house, and three inclusion centers. Her expertise in leadership, program assessment, and cross-cultural communication enables her to implement impactful initiatives that empower educators and students.
In addition to her role at Makassed, she serves as an Accreditation Lead Evaluator and education quality official for Cognia, conducting rigorous international accreditation reviews. As an Assistant Professor at the University of Saint Joseph, Dr Ghina AlBadawi designs and teaches courses on leadership, educational management, and modern teaching methodologies, mentoring future educators and conducting research on quality and innovation.
A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, she actively supports initiatives that promote female leadership in education and beyond. She also mentors women educators, administrators, and students, working to create inclusive and equitable environments where they can thrive and lead. After serving as a Master in the Department of Education, Mr. Bhat retired with an impeccable record of service, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and commitment to his students and colleagues. Beyond his role as an educator, Mohammad Afzal Bhat has made significant contributions to the welfare of the teaching fraternity and public employees alike.
